Production of standard tools
We are able to produce rotary tools such as drills, cutters, reamers etc. according to DIN, ISO and STN standards.
Design, development and production of special tools according to drawing.
Production of special cutting tools became for our company everyday reality, so that production of such tools is for us standard requirement.
These cutting tools can be produced:
- according to technical documentation of the tool delivered by the customer,
- according to technical documentation of the machine part, where the cutting tool is designed by our company
- according to sample part or verbal discussion we will create and produce your cutting tool for machining of required workpiece
For all tools developed and produced by our company we provide full technical support, samples and further assistance services. For production of cutting tools we use top quality raw materials (HSS and HM) which are supplied by renowned manufacturers such as Erasteel, Guehring, Tizit and Boehlerit.
If required , for each tool we are able to deliver independent measuring protocol which are always parallelly archivated in our database.
We also offer prompt re-grinding and coating services of all special tools which significantly helps to reduce costs per produced workpiece.
Special shank rotary cutting tools
Application of combined tools such as step drills, form milling cutters or profile inserts brings significant benefits of production time on CNC machines, reduces number of tools,improve form accuracies etc. so at the end it results in reduced production costs and higher productivity. We also offer production of new catalogue tools in intersting prices or standard tools in sizes which are not common (e.g. Cutter D 9,81, z4, R0,32, VHM, AlTiN)

Special profile tools (Indexible profile inserts and punchers)
This area is our latest field of business. For production of high accuracy profile tools we use the most modern CNC Optical Profile Grinding machines, which together with our superior coatings Exxtral and Supral allows to reach extreme high performance during machining and tool life. We are able to reach accuracies up to 0,003 mm.

* - on the base of our contract with our supplier of CNC grinding machines is our software up-dated in regular intervals for latest programs and versions which follow latest development in construction and geometry of tools
* - drills all geometries 118°, 130°,90°, radius, 4-facets, with straight os spiral flute. Possibilities for full geometry recovering of drills such as Sandvik Delta, Delta-S, Guehring, DORMER PFX, MP-X, Mitsubishi, Hertel, Klenk, Titex and other according to individual requirements
Welding and repairs of bi-metal band saw blades for metal and wood cutting
We provide professional welding and repairs of bi-metal band saw blades for cutting of metal and wood materials by using hi-tech Ideal welding automatic machines.
Range of welded bands is 6 - 54mm. We supply band saw blades from premium producers which are LENOX, STARRETT and BAHCO.
