Receiving of parts for coating
Every delivery is clearly marked by identification number and all tools are devided into groups according to required coating, their size and type, requirement for regrinding and stripping etc. Each tool has to pass detailed visual checking, if necessary the tool goes to our laboratory for further physical and chemical investigation of properties of the tool and its coating. |

Washing and cleaning Process of preparation of the tool before coating is at least same important as the coating itself. Eifeler is very much experienced in the tool preparation and disposes with significant Know-How in this field. For washing, cleaning and drying we use CNC washing machines delivered by swiss manufacturers. |

Stripping / Decoating Decoating technology and process for HSS but especially for HM tools is very complicated . Eifeler is one of the leaders in decoating of HM tools, and his processes are very much sophisticated and today seem to be the best solution on the market. Thanks to this Eifeler is one of the biggest suppliers for tools and car manufacturers. For decoating we use CNC line which is the most modern and unique in all Central Europe. |

Loading Absolutely clean and dry tools are loaded into special carusels, which secures same coating deposition on every part of the tool. Carusels are modular systems which allow us to clamp any kind of the tool or part into right possition. |

Coating
CNC coating plants based on Arc or Sputtering evaporation are top coating technologies for coating on the base of PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition). The plant runs and controls all coating process during every second and minimalizes human factors or errors. |

Process and quality management For coating inspection we use the latest technology equipment. Each coating cycle is equiped with testing sample which is later inspected and archivated for further use. If required we can provide detailed information for every cycle and coating which has ever run in our coating plant. |
